Wow, California. What a difference. I see you made it through our winter. Last year was a rough one. I have lived in Massachusetts my whole life so it's basically the only thing I've ever known. I do not fly so the chances of me seeing California are very slim.
About the camera, is the Canon power shot a SLR or a point and shoot?

I don't know where to repond to your welcome. Thank you. I am new back here. I came last Aug. My daughter teaches at Harvard and her Hubby is at the Dental School there. They have two adorable kids and I moved from CA to here to be closer to them. I love it here. I love all the green trees and woods and it is just beautiful. I taught Junior High for many years and just retired last June. I love being retired. I think that digital cameras is the best invention ever made. I have a canon power shot SX100 and it doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles. But I like the pictures it takes.
