I have joined the Yahoo group as well. There are about ten members. Brittney, you might want to join that one if you haven't already. They're a great bunch of gals and we plan to get together and form a team for the scavenger hunt as well as go to dinner together when possible, etc.

I'm in class block 1, but hopefully we'll get to meet, Valerie, since we're both taking the Wacom tablet class!

Rorie, I did get an email that linked me to a newsletter last week. I believe it contained two new ala carte classes by Canon.

I am taking two ala carte classes on Thursday afternoon. It will be a close call whether I'll be on time to the first one because of the time my flight gets in. I'm taking the Wacom tablet class and the class on 5 Surprising Places to take Great Photos in Your Home. I'm also in block seven for the class schedule for Friday and Saturday.

I am also staying at the hotel. I am doing the Wacom tablet class and looking forward to learning how to use my tablet!

I will be staying at the host hotel as well. I'm undecided on the a la carte classes, but I guess I'd better decide soon! Have any of you heard anything from CK about the event? I got an email from them a week or so ago, and they told me that there would be information about the event in newsletters, but no one I've talked to has received any newsletters yet.

Where is everybody staying during the conference? I am at the hotel where the conference is held.

Are you planning to do any ala carte sessions on Thursday afternoon?

I am so excited to go. I wanted to go last year, but I just couldn't make it. My 60th birthday in August was my leverage for my husband to send me. I'll have to look at my registration and let you know what track I'm in. I hope we can get together there. Are you staying at the Marriott where the conference is held?
