Scrapbook Challenge - Open Your Books! |

Have you flexed your scrappin' muscles this week? We all need a little exercise here and there-- you know - to keep our skills fresh and maintain our digital hotness and all that. This week's challenge is led by our designer extraordinare, LivE. She reminds us that inspiration can be found anywhere, even on the covers of your books.
Cool, right? Here are your challenge requirements:
1. use FOUR OR MORE photos on your layout.
2. crop your photos off-center so that not the entire image is seen but only a specific part of it. this is your opportunity to play up specific qualities of your photo subject! (is it the bubbles in your diet mt. dew? is it the naughty adorable look in your little one's eyes? is it the design on your favorite sweater?)
3. use a serif font for your title.
4. OPTIONAL: play with muted colors on your photos!

Let me just say - I am loving this week's Scrapbook Challenge led by Creative Team member Linda (lindsan)! Are you ready? "Ten Things that You Love Right Now". Well this challenge would be on my top ten list! The layouts submitted were amazing I tell you. Amazing. Go have a look. If you happen to see JeanneD, tell her I said her page rocked the house.
Now on to the winner. Oooh the excitement. I feel like the Lotto girl (who just happened to have made pumpkin pies)

I'm star struck I must say. This layout is amazing! I could just sit and stare and drool. {Maybe it's the chocolate } You did good girl!! Congratulations! And I want you to know that I made a pie donation in your name to a hungry group of preschoolers today. And the other one...well...said pie will probably be finished by yours truly and a one Ms. Jessica Sprague. The girl loves pie.
