newbie here...Okay - and how do you adjust the opacity - I am learning on the fly tonight...!!
My paper is over the photo(which i can't see) lol

So... Canoli's are wonderful and all but Lobster Tails are really the best.


They are filled with a French type cream that is to die for!!! Totally my favorite!

PhotoShop Elements? Okay.... your Background should be on the very bottom, then your photo, then your texture(or patterned paper). Look in your Layers Palette and right under the word "Layers" it should say Normal with a drop down .....select soft light or Overlay (make sure that the texture is selected). You can also use the Opacity slider that is right to the right of "Layers". Adjust with the slider to taste.

Carlos' IS 5 MINUTES FROM MY HOUSE....They have unbelievable cakes but their pasty is not THE best. I have done EXTENSIVE research in this area and a place called Rispoli's is the best . Better than Little Italy in NYC...AGAIN....EXTENSIVE RESEARCH!

Don't worry about coming here. I'm catching the red eye to your place for a pastry field trip. It may take me awhile because I'll have to stop in Utah, New Mexico, and Illinois to pick up my peeps.

Okay, now you've done it...........cannolis & lobster tails which just so happen to be my very favorite food on this planet! Just ask anyone who came to Spraguefest in 2008!

sorry ladies, no chatting in the forum for me tonight while doing this challenge, the guy on the couch next to me wouldn't shush it for it a minute.
