Hello there, and welcome to July, my dear Spraground lovelies!
We have sooo enjoyed having you participate in our 7 Days in June 2013 challenges! And we do hope that the momentum and energy that you have will find even more release in this month's challenge!
Inspiration is everywhere, and one of the richest sources of inspiration for me comes right from where we spend most of my time... on the highways and byways of netland! Do you love surfing through different sites? Have you noticed anything lately in the way so many websites look? I have loved seeing the combination of a wide open panoramic image and the white text overlaid on the image that appear to be trending on so many websites now...
And it is precisely this that serves as our inspiration for this month's challenge! Take a look at some screenshots that show this trend in action:
Cool, right? And so easy to do, too!
Here, then, are our challenge requirements for this month:
1. Create a layout that uses a wide image. You can use a panoramic shot. OR you can also use a regular photo that you clip onto the mask to achieve a panoramic effect (great workaround for those who don't take panoramic photos ). OR if you're an advanced scrapper, you can even blend together photos to create one panoramic image. It's all good, as long as the image you come up with is one that fits into the "one panoramic image" requirement.
2. Use white text on top of that image. (Note: You must put text somewhere on top of your image, and the color of that text color must be white. If you wish to add more journaling below, you may do so in any color you wish, as long as the text color on top of your photo is white.
3. Use the template freebie that I've created for you especially for this challenge.
4. Upload your layout to our rockin' challenge gallery, then come back to this thread and post to let us know you've completed the challenge.
* We are so happy and proud to say that our JessicaSprague.com challenge participants adhere to two basic SOPs: We love to leave love on layouts of challenge participants, and we love to credit all supplies that we have used in the creation of our works of art
Let's hop on to the freebie now! Here's what it looks like:

Have fun, and I so look forward to seeing your awesome work in our gallery! Happy scrappin', my sweeties!
