Robyn - it looks like your download did not finish.. so when you try and open it, it can unzip because the download was incomplete. Can you delete the file off your computer then try again? Holler if you cannot get it and we'll try something else N

Nan I'm still unable to open the file. I get the same message all the time. A tad frustrating. Don't have this problem with any other files. Thanks for suggestions. Robyn
