Good Morning Art Journalers!
I hope everyone is well this morning! I also hope you can forgive my lateness with our challenge this month. I've been wrapping up a new summer paper line for FancyPants. It's hard to get motivated to design for summer when it is snowing out - as it was last night! LOL!
Anyway, for this month's challenge, I thought we would focus on GRATITUDE....
What are you grateful for? How has that changed over the years?
For me, as I get older, I find I am more and more grateful for little things. Like a good cup of coffee, or a good book, or feeling good. I find that I am grateful for my friends and family or just to be alive.
The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines gratitude as simply a feeling of appreciation or thanks.
Wikipedia says this ...
Gratitude, thankfulness, gratefulness, or appreciation is a feeling or attitude in acknowledgment of a benefit that one has received or will receive. The experience of gratitude has historically been a focus of several world religions.
I love this quote...
If the only prayer you ever say in your entire life is thank you, it will be enough.
