Lost all my tags (or mostly) when I updated APSE 9 Years, 7 Months ago  
Every time I get a new computer or a new version of Adobe Photoshop Elements I lose all my tags I organize my scrapbooking materials with. Since learning to "write tag data to files", the tags for the "papers" or "quick pages" files are kept, but is lost for all other file types. Is is a size thing? are the other scrapbooking elements files too small to keep the data? This is the 3rd time I'm tagging all my thousands of files, so I'd like to keep it this time around
