1.When you want to optimize I go to tools/database/optimize database, then the wizard opens up and I click next. Then it says optimize options, do I check both of the options???
2. If I want to delete folders I don't use can I just delete them. On the right side of my ACDsee are all my folders. The left side is where they are all categorized. If I delete a folder does it automatically delete all the papers and everything from the category file? Or do I have to first delete everything I categorized then delete the file??
3. I forgot when I back it up I make a new folder everytime, but I can't remember under check thumbnails what I am suppose to have checked. What do I check? Thanks for any help.
