Hi everybody! SOOOOO excited about seeing you all very soon! Wanted to share some things that might enhance your stay in the ATL.

1. Hotel - Regency Suites - for those staying here, when you come into the ATL airport, you can take MARTA (the local metro) to the hotel:

Airport Transportation
MARTA: Rapid Rail can be boarded at the airport to our hotel. Stay on train through downtown and exit the N.4 Midtown Station. Hotel is adjacent to MARTA entrance. Exit the station on the 10th street side and we are immediately on your left on the corner of 10th Street and West Peachtree. Cost is $2.25 per person. Ride time: approximately 30 minutes.

2. Restaurants nearby - click HERE

3. List of fun things to do in ATL - click HERE

4. Map of the Midtown Atlanta area showing things near the hotel HERE

5. City Pass - if you plan on seeing some of the top Atlanta sites, you might consider buying one of these. For $74 you get admission to 5 major attractions - saving almost half! Click HERE for details

My cell phone is 404-488-6791 and Gary and I will be checking in to the Regency hotel on Wednesday but happy to meet anyone for dinner/drinks who might be coming earlier.

Hugs to you all!

I ride MARTA fairly frequently and the cost is $2.50 each trip. You will have to buy the pass at the airport--it's very easy and they accept Discover, Visa, MC, debit cards and cash at the kiosks. I'm new to Atlanta and I figured it out pretty quickly so you will too and it's a very economical way to get around.
