We love that our forum is an open place where we can all ask questions, share the love and share our experiences with other companies in the big ol scrapping world. We have THE best community on the web. Period.
With that in mind - we want to remind you that
if you work for someone in the scrapbooking or printing industry, and pose as a community member of this site, sharing good or bad experiences with your own company or a competitor, it is
deceptive and dishonest and will not be tolerated. Your post will be deleted and you will be blocked from the site. It's simply not fair to our community. We look to each other for advice and honest feedback.
We also want to encourage you, that if you have had a legitimately bad experience with a company, it's fine to post that (we look out for each other, right
), but we encourage you to share your concerns with
their customer service first. No company wants anyone bad mouthing them. There is great power in word of mouth thumbs up and thumbs down. Most companies want to have the opportunity to make it right. So please make an attempt to let these companies make it right before posting a negative experience in the forums.
