I have a problem and need your help. I use PSE 12 and have always dragged and dropped my photos onto one another with no problem. Or dragged and dropped elements onto my digi pages with no problem. I can no longer do that and I have no idea why. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Hopefully I'm explaining this correctly.

When you have more than on photo/element open, there are tabs at the top. I usually open an element, select the move tool, drag to the tab I want to put the element on and when that file becomes visible on the screen, I drop the element onto it. Been working like a charm since I've had PSE12. Now, when I select the element I want to move, it does not bring up the file I want to drop it on any more. I did not make changes but PSE did do an update for camera raw files and I'm wondering if that could be the culprit. Why, I don't know. Any input would be great.

Using Windows 8 on laptop and PhotoShop Elements 12.

I'm having the same problem, did you ever get it fixed? If so, how? I am going on a girls weekend this weekend to scrap and I won't be able to if I don't figure this out! Help!

Have you considered not having your files open in tabs and just dragging your elements up from the Photo Bin?
