I was just curious about the number of views in the photo gallery. One of my photos was at under 50 views & then all of sudden it jumped up to 3000. Grows by about a hundred a day. With the decrease in activity around here was wondering how it got so many views.

My guess is that someone pinned it on Pinterest and then it spread from there.

I don't do Pinterest so why would someone pin a photo that wasn't theirs? It's got a copyright water mark.

To be able to find it again. I have a scrapbook inspiration board on pinterest and I just pin layouts I'd like to see again and maybe scrap lift when I have time to scrap. It's kinda' like having all your favorites from every scrapbook gallery in one spot.

And once one person pins something, everyone on pinterest can see it. I most often re-pin layouts from the ones I see of people I am following or pinterest will put "related pins" in my pinterest main page and I pin them from there. I rarely pin a layout from a gallery onto my board.
