You should get an email. I haven't submitted a support ticket since the new layout has been in place, but if you haven't heard from them after a few days, you can send another one or put a shout out here in the forum

Thanks for following up, Carol. I talked to Tori again. She doesn't have access to parts of the site under the new design, so it would be best if you PM Jared.
