Help with Subscribing to Threads 9 Years, 5 Months ago

I am new to this site and am not receiving emails when responses are made to threads for which I have subscribed. Is there something else I need to do besides clicking the Subscribe button? I also have my email address in My Profile. Not sure what else I need to do.

I know that the subscribe feature has not been operating for quite some time. Maybe a support ticket would give them a nudge!

Yes, unfortunately the subscribe feature has been on the "to fix" list for a while. The Spragues, bless them, have kept the site up so everyone can still have access to their classes, but there are some features that are no longer functioning. I've managed a work-around by popping in now and then to check threads that I need to watch in particular. Thank you for answering that question in the other forum, by the way!

Thanks for the reply. Guess that answers my question...subscribing does not work. So have the Spragues discontinued this site, just leaving it up for the classes and those who want to ask questions?
