Question re plugin for oh shoot 9 Years, 3 Months ago
|
|
Wondering if anyone can help, I have sent a couple of emails however haven't had a response so far. I have been trying to view an old class of oh shoot, I keep getting a message saying that a "plugin is required to view this content". I have no clue as to what plugin I need as every other class that I have on this site is fine, I can view no problem. Would appreciate any ideas

Hi Cali. I think Kimber is one of the official assistants for the Oh Shoot and other photography classes. I'll send her a note tonight asking her to check on this for you. You will need to let her know what system you are on PC vs Mac and probably what browser you are using Chrome vs Safari vs Internet Explorer..

Cali, which Oh Shoot class and video was it? I'm not sure if I can do anything on my end, as Candice officially left the site a year ago, and classes left on the site are Jessica's responsibility to maintain, but I'd be happy to take a look.

Okay, I checked the videos. You do need QuickTime to view them. Do you have it installed on your computer? If not, you should be able to download it here:
https://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/
I had it installed on my computer, but it did ask me to "activate QuickTime" before I could view them. Now they're running fine for me. I'm on a PC with Windows 7, using Firefox.
Let me know if that helps.
