PSE13 9 Years, 2 Months ago
|
|
I installed PSE13 on my IMac desktop computer and wanted to install it also on my MacBook Pro Laptop, and when I tried, it wouldn't let me. Does anyone know an answer for this or a way around it? Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks, Susan

I believe Adobe still allows two licenses to be active at any one time. Is it possible you have it installed on a third computer? I'm not sure of there is any way to check through your Adobe id what activations you have. You might try deactivating all and then activate on each. You should not have to uninstall

Hi, Yes, I have 13 and Adobe still allows 2 downloads..., one on my desktop and 1 on my laptop.
Enjoy.

You can call Adobe Support and they will talk you thru it. I have a Mac laptop but a PC desktop and do the same thing. Keep us posted and let us know if you need anything else!
