Ok, I am guessing these directions are using PSE 5. I have PSE 4 and am having trouble with one of the steps because I do not have this option. I have done several searches and have came up empty handed.

Here is a snippit:
Create the Brush Outline

1. Open your layers palette (Window>Layer), and right-click on the thumbnail image of the stamp you just stamped.
2. From the flyout menu, choose Select Layer Transparency.

I am having trouble doing a transparency layer because when I select my thubmail in my layers pallett I get the following:

Rename Layer
Duplicate layer
Delete Layer
Merge Down...

anyone have any ideas what I am doing wrong, if I am or how I can select Layer Transparency in PSE 4?

I use PSE5 so I thought I'd try it and see. I get the same pull down menu when I right click... BUT I tried CTRL click on the thumbnail and that worked (to get me the marching ants).

See if that works.
