Mirrorless Camera 10 Years, 1 Month ago
After a few months of using my light weight mirrorless Sony A7r camera, I am delighted with it. What I LOVE about the camera is the weight... it's so much lighter than the Cannon I had before and small enough to put in my handbag. The picture quality is excellent as is the support from Sony. I am still feeling my way around all of the bells and whistles that the camera has and getting use to the placement of various buttons. You can see my photos on Flickr . The winter has been long and awful in my part of the world and I am looking forward to Spring and getting out to shoot without gloves on.

I've wondered about these. I love my dSLR but it is heavy on long trips. Thanks for the feedback!

Thanks for your post! I, too, had been looking at the mirrorless cameras and wondering ... Every time my wonderful old Canon starts to act up, I panic and start shopping. Until I figure out the problem and find a fix for it. I've been lucky so far Does your Sony have extra lenses?

Robin, yes the Sony has several lenses and new ones coming on a regular basis. You can also buy an adapter so you can use your existing lenses.
I've been using the camera several months now and just love it.
