A very dear friend of mine has battlec breast cancer and now has a 7cm brain tumor! In the diagnostic phase now but please pray for her ..... she has been through so much! Her name is Ardyce......

Secondly, our best friends here have a 17yo dtr, Asha, who has battled brain tumors called "AVMs" since she was little. (arteries and veins all jangled up in tumors) She now has a bleed, then a re-bleed in her mid brain. The doctors are planning surgery mid july. It is so very risky for her and she is battling stroke symptoms, hallucinations, and is on a ton of medications. But without surgery the risk is another bleed and if it extend, coma. I am so very sad and fearful, even knowing that our Father in heaven has her whole life in His hands. Please pray for wisdom for the doctors and strength for this very sweet family!

Just an update for those who are praying.
Ardyce brain tumor is malignant. She had an open resection but because it crossed the midline, they couldn't get it all Pray for her endurance and wisdom for the doctors and peace for her family.

Asha's getting worse. Her pressure in her brain is increasing which is making her agitated more and they won't do the operation until her outbursts are more controlled. (?) i know, sounds weird. Can you say "post op sedation"? ....yikes, i need to bite my tongue, sometimes i just get a little too sarcastic! Her mom is one of my best friends and is WEARY of all of this, esp in caring for her all day long. I try to help where i can but there aren't enough volunteers.

some days i'm speechless as to what to pray for for her! But i know Sharon (mom) needs some peaceful quiet time, their family needs encouragement and hope (looking grim at this point) and the doctors need The Great Physician's help with this tough operation.

Thanks and bless you all! I'm so very worried for them....so hard not to be even when i know it's all in Gods hands!

Asha came out of surgery better than expected
Her personality has changed and she lost her hearing BUT we still have HER and we are so thankful!!!!!!!! Therapy is helping and so are the prayers! THANK YOU!!!

I hope everything turns out okay for these two strong women.
