Pulling my hair out here....I'm trying to create a picture frame with text running around it in photoshop cs5....It's for a notice for my DH's 50th HS reunion. They have created a web page and want to announce it.....I would like to make a box frame and run the web page name inside the box around the frame and put the announcement inside whole thing.....

I'm pretty good with photoshop....but haven't done much work with text....any help will be greatly appreciated,
